Scheduling Policy – When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to place a credit card number on-file as a requirement to hold your appointment. We do not automatically charge your credit card before your service at Serenity and you can pay cash or any American Express, Visa or MasterCard credit card after completion of your service. We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellation Policy – If you must cancel your scheduled service, a 24-hour notice is required to enable Serenity to fill the opening. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of services scheduled. This will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate on-file.
No Show Policy – If you do not show up for your scheduled service, your credit card number on-file or gift certificate will be charged for the full price of the services scheduled.

- If you have a current PayPal account when you make your purchase an email will be sent to the recipient email address you entered when purchasing. In that email is a link for them to print the gift certificate.
NOTE: If you DO NOT have a Paypal account and check out as a GUEST you need to contact our office at 901-751-4004 so we can send the gift certificate link to the recipient.
