Amenities – While at the spa, you will be provided with a robe, slippers and complimentary beverages of your choice.
Day of Appointment – Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so we can prepare you for your spa experience. Lunch orders are needed for several of our spa packages. Late arrival may affect the length of your services. We all love children at Serenity! However, please do not bring your child to your spa appointment. Serenity strives to provide an oasis for all clients from the demands of their daily life and children present at the spa can affect that oasis for some! Thank you for understanding!
Scheduling Policy – When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to place a credit card number on-file as a requirement to hold your appointment. We do not automatically charge your credit card before your service at Serenity and you can pay cash or any American Express, Visa or MasterCard credit card after completion of your service. We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellation Policy – If you must cancel your scheduled service, a 24-hour notice is required to enable Serenity to fill the opening. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of services scheduled. This will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate on-file.
No Show Policy – If you do not show up for your scheduled service, your credit card number on-file or gift certificate will be charged for the full price of the services scheduled.
